Nice communication, no hassle sales, better prices

I was shopping around for a new Mazda CX-30 Touring SP FWD and got a quote from one of the dealerships which was marked 3k over the official price. Then I found about AutoExpert from their youtube channel and approached them. They found the same car and the quote was under 1.5k of the official price. And to my surprise the quoted delivery date was a couple months early too. I’m really happy with the way they handled and responded to my queries. Craig was a really nice guy and was patient with all my questions. Definitely recommend them.

Daniel contacted me within an hour after I completed the online form at https://autoexpert.com.au/contact. He explained the buying process and discussed my requirements. By the following morning he had found the SUV I wanted - nearly 2K below the list price - deal locked in the next day! I’m in for a bit of a wait, but will get the car and specs I want. How to word my experience.... Amazingly seamless! I just love it when a service and sales business runs exactly that way. Service first, always. Then sales.
After our first chat, Glynn had a car for me within a day! He explained what the next steps would be and what the contract would contain. He didn't hassle me when I took a week to decide. He knew how big a decision this was for me. Thank you so much to Glynn for being aware of what type of buyer I am and giving me the time to decide. And obviously for doing the leg work for me!!

After a few phone calls with Craig I now have a car on order. Friendly & honest service, I was provided with options for cars with differing timeframes and prices and was able to select my choice with ease and the rest was sorted out for me.

Skip the dealer - these guys will source you a brand new car and do the tricky negotiation on your behalf. On top of that, it'll be delivered to your door. Cannot wait for my i30 Sedan N-Line, which I secured for over $1K less - impressive considering the demand. Will update this review when I receive the car.

So Easy. Saved heaps on my new Ute.

I have held off writing a review until my car was actually delivered. It just seemed to easy to be true. But it wasn’t. I have my new triton in the shed and am very happy. Saved a heap on other prices I had been quoted. This is a service that makes buying a car very straight forward.
No issues, no drama with the purchase at all. Car delivered as promised. Highly recommend this as the way to buy a new car.

Craig was friendly and professional and got me a great deal. He also got a couple of trade in valuations in good time which gives a yard stick on expected change over pricing. In times of low stock and waiting times this service gives more confidence in purchase and avoid novice traps in dealerships. Great Job!
