Pleasantly surprised how good it was to deal with someone who knows what he is doing. Daniel managed to get a good saving on a new car, being honest about expected delivery, no nonsense like you would get from the average car salesman. Simple Easy, Good Deal and Fast Delivery.

Could not be happier with the whole process. I have waited till now (December 2022) to review as I am sure there must have been a catch - but nope -> none!! Back in June, I researched the car I wanted, including test drive at the local dealership (Subaru Outback). Filled out Form online -> and Craig from OnlineAuto.com.au contacted me with 15 mins to confirm my request. Within 24 hours Craig had sourced a dealership that could deliver the vehicle to my door, with my requested options, for cheaper than the dealership could offer (ie RRP). It was that simple - no sales pitches, no haggling with sales people etc. Bonus - The car was promised by end of September, but was delivered at end of August! (and end of September was quicker than dealership, that they could deliver by end of November). The car was transported by truck to my house, with registration in my name. I took the car for its one month first service/check - no issues - all legit and registered in Subaru's system. The car was not delivered with the requested cargo mat - but after a couple of months waiting (stock shortage), the part was sent from dealership with no hassles. I would do this again to buy a new car in the future.

New car discount even in tight market

Looking for a Toyota Prado in the current market with dealers not interested in doing work to get a sale. Glynn from OnlineAuto stepped in an got a discounted price over $3k off the dealer within a day. Process couldn't have been easier with Glynn to get the discount, order the car and close the sale. Delivering expectation

Dominik and the team did a great job. I have approached OnlineAuto in the past and my experience has always been positive. They have adapted well to the rapidly changing car market. Dom saved me close to $1300.00, from the same dealer that originally quoted me! Were I to offer any advice it would be to manage your expectations. Any discounts you can get these days are a win. Secondly I would say commit to the process. They will give you advice you may not like and will likely include you in the process of acquiring local pricing. If you can allow yourself to be guided, you should ultimately benefit (in my experience). Would I recommend OnlineAuto to my friends and family? Yes.
