I got my new car in a good time frame delivered and registered

After managing to escape the car dealers without signing anything and to be firm and polite on exit. I felt quite intimidated at buying a new car. I'm a retired female who knows nothing about cars. I follow John Cardogan on youtube I love his advice and car reviews so decided to use a broker !! Arnaud is amazing, he is very genuine and went out of his way to assist with test driving and assist me purchasing my new car! There was absolutely no pressure or hassle. I trusted him from the outset. I wasn't sure how the process worked he explained everything and he was very patient. Got a good price certainly not any more than a dealer would have charged me on his best offer, but if I didn't I would still have used Arnaud as he made it all stress free 🥴 I did get a discount. He arranged test drives for me so I didn’t get sales pressure from the car salesmen and I got my new car in a good time frame delivered and registered.
