A great service, efficient & friendly

Just a quick note to thank you for your great service. We first contacted the very efficient Craig less than a month ago and today our beautiful new Mazda CX30 was delivered to our door. Online Auto has taken the stress out of the car buying process and the dealership was also extremely helpful, keeping us informed every step of the way since the car docked in Australia. Daniel made the whole process so easy. Straight talk, factual & a great listener. Offered advice & answered all questions honestly. My current vehicle is 13 years old, not because I haven't needed a new car but because I dread the buying process & dealing with car dealers. Daniel's service removed the whole headache entirely. I will add I did not get this from dealers I spoke too. also separated out the noise and fables.
